The Job Description:
It is typical application for air cooler in Petrochemical Plant; the hot side is Air with Benzene, which produced in chemical process, the temperature of hot air will be cooled down from 40℃ to 10 by cooling water.
For this case, SHINEHEAT proposed two air cooler solutions, we could choice “Flue Gas Heat Exchanger” which made by Welded Pillow Plate; we also could choice “Air Wave Air Cooler” which made by Bubbled Corrugated Plates




In practical application concerns 
  1. Manufacturing Cost, the project has limited budget for equipment. Shineheat Air Wave offer a compared economical solution;
  2. Pressure Drop and Thermal Efficient, Shineheat will balance Pd and Q value in comprehensive way, and then select a premium solution;
  3. Differential Pressure Consideration, considering more than 5 bar differential pressure of two sides, Air Wave Air Cooler will be preferred solution;
  4. Maintenance and Service, Shineheat also took future maintenance and service into design consideration in view of Non-Clean working condition in air side.

  2. Enough transfer area during transferring process, not “short cut” and “dead spot”
  3. Separation for condense and air in outlet
  4. Vertical design for installing convenience
