In view of thickness of transfer plate and line sealing area of semi welded plates, Laser welding quality is key issue to decide the performance durability of Semi Welded Plate Heat Exchanger. Now many supplier apply Laser Welding in production process for semi welding. However, does it work well?
In view of Laser Welding only works well on condition of following factors

1. Flatness for compressed corrugated plates
2. Consistency of each plate, thickness, cutting area, corrugations
3. Less pressure stress and deforming before Welding.
4. High Cleanliness for each plate before welding
If manufacturer couldn't make sure of above issues, then Laser Welding will be poor performance than manual welding. Now HESSA Supplier developed "Clamping Type" Tooling for Laser Welding, make much improvement for above 1, 2, 3 issues before welding.
